MULTIPURPOSE TRANSPORT AIRPLANEFirst flight 2017
The АN-132 multipurpose transport airplane was developed on the basis of the AN-32 aircraft, which had shown itself to good advantage in service in numerous countries worldwide. The АN-132 has a high power-to-weight ratio making it possible to efficiently fly under normal and adverse operating and base airfield conditions, the hot-and-high conditions inclusive. The АN-132 allows accomplishment of the following missions: transportation of military personnel, weaponry, ammunition, light-weight military equipment and vehicles, palletized cargoes, light self-propelled and non-self-propelled vehicles, air dropping of cargoes and personnel, transportation of casualties.
