3269 Day of National Flag of Ukraine at ANTONOV Company
Today, on August 23, on the occasion of Day of National Flag of Ukraine, for the first time the national flag of Ukraine, flags of NATO, ANTONOV Company and Antonov Airlines were hoisted over ANTONOV’s head office.
Together with Oleksandr Los, President of ANTONOV Company, people’s deputies Igor Kopytin, Head of the Subcommittee on defense industry and technical modernization of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on national safety, defense and intelligence, and Maksim Dyrdin, a member of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on law policy, took part in the ceremony.
People’s deputies also visited an assembly shop, where Preseident of ANTONOV Company showed them assembled airframe of medium transport aircraft #AN178-100P (series No. 006) intended for delivery to Ministry of Interiors of Republic of #Peru.
